"We had a large event for Nike down in Memphis at the Peabody last year, and we had MIss Rosie's handle our catering needs and I have to say we were more than a little surprised. We expected nothing special insofar as taste and presentation are concerned, but we stunned to see the attention to detail and quality we received!
